I want to know about the best places to work for a high earning and a good career exposure. I possess three years work experience in Retail Sector after my graduation (since Dec 2003) and a post graduate degree in Business Administration - Marketing (fresh out of college).

I think you can go to the emerging market,such as Asia .South America... the working condition may be not very good, but you will have a great future in your career,there are lot of people in this emerging market,this is the fundation of retail business,they need top executive and you will become their executive
One of the best industries to work in right now is the Environmental Energy sector. Companies like Suzlon & Mitsubishi are pioneers in this area with Europe & Asia being the hotbed of innovation. I see a lot of growth for this sector over the years.
